larch Timber frame
The timber frame is up in our woodland. An amazing 2 week course run by fred and Joe at Elwy working woods and all the folk on the course, created this amazing space. The larch was from the woodland and milled here and on site, less than 1 mile in travel.
Crafted Table
Chris Gubby has created this stunning table from Beech boards supplied by us. The wood is from a Beech tree removed by ESA Treecare. The tree is from Welsh st. Donats.
Beech Slab
Whenever we mill, and any sawmiller will tell you this; there’s a always a moment of “wow”. A gorgeous Beech slab with lovely grain and character. Beech can be very plain sometimes and sometimes it can really surprise you.
Sweet Chestnut Logs
These huge Sweet Chestnut butts will soon be milled so watch this space to see what beautiful boards will appear.
